anything

Talking about free, some of the things that i do and make me feel it is sports.
My favorite is cycling, makes feel free because I can go anywhere I want and that I don’t need anything else that my chancha, I feel cool when there is traffic jam and I advance to the cars, makes me feel alive, that I have my body and I use it. Unfortunately I don’t have my bicycle in home, so I have lose the habit of cycling, just I use it one or two times at week, I miss her but also is cold in the morning >_<
Another thing that I like to do but I have not made for a loooong time is trekking, the last year I used to do it with Amaru, we went to the Pochoco hill, we arrived there at ten in the morning and we were at fifteen in the afternoon in the house, this was really tiring but very stimulating, Also when the days were good and with few pollution you have a great view of Santiago. This is a sport subject that you can take in FAU is really recommended.
Finally I must say that my favorite sport now is tennis table, I use to practice it Tuesdays and Thursdays in FAU, I am not so good as many girls that play it a lot, but I enjoy it too much when I do it, also is really stimulating and makes me feel with many energy and happy.
I think that there are few people that practice sports in my generation and this is an invitation to everyone to looking for someone what you like, there are a lot and for every liking.

Lican Ray here we go!

My best holiday was at Lican Ray this year, a lake that lie at the Araucania region. I went with five friends and my partner. We stayed in a hut fully equipped for 8 days long that was close to the lake, so in the day we had lunch, seen “Oro verde” and then we rented a little boat and we gone to center of the lake where we swum, or arrived at an isthmus to rest. Through the night we gone to the principal plaza to buy somethings like food or something to drink, ah! And too fillingschurros” (it was so good), then in the house we cooked some tasty food and then we played “UNO” and drink something or gone to the lake. I enjoyed this so much because were the first hollidays without family, just friends and with my partner. We could do anythink we wanted at the time we wanted, also I love to swim and the lake was wondefull, crystal water, few people, a beautiful place, my friends funny, good food, good drink (although one night we tried to make a drink with blueberries an cachaza, but did´nt works).
Wherever, this was my best holiday, was a really nice place, you should go to meet it ;)

Latin American stereotypes

I think that in Latin America stereotypes exsist , those are based especially in the clothes they wear, the food they eat and them traditions, and one characteristic typical is the accent to know about which nationality i’m talking about. One stereotype is the colombian, everybody think that they have relation with drugs and guns. Another is the bolivian, they have de characteristic that are attached to them culture, with them clothes made of wool and everybody know that they talk right, like peruvians. I think that the stereotypes exsist because when we try to characterize some of those, everybody know about how i’m talking, for example i f i say that one latin american is a womanisers, where you’d say that he is from?
I think that other Latin American countries view Chileans like sopportive and nice. I have listened that sometimes the foreigns think that we talk fast and they dont understand easilly.
About the stereotypes of diferent groups of chileans i think that this could be accordinto the region (noth, central, south). I think that too there is stereotypes in the young population, about the diferent styles, like Pokemones, skaters, punkies, gothycs, metalers, emo, hippies, etc, this is more relationated to the clothes they wear and the music they listen.

Playa Chica – Cartagena

Maybe almost everyone think that Cartagena is a “flyte” place, and in fact i think the same but now im talking about the beach called Playa Chica. As his name say, this is a really little beach, has a length around the 365 meters, his bay has a position with respect to the marine derive that give him a reflective condition, so this is a quiet beach generally. Also I like the landscape around the beach, there is a castle in at the north of it called Ferreiro built around the 20’ that is really beautiful but is left and neglected. At south of the beach there´re another bay and some creeks, that have beautiful vegetation that give it a nice detail. I think that because of this it is full in summer. What I don’t like is that the sand is dark, there is a little river mouth from I don’t know where, the people don’t care about the garbage (sometimes even you can find pieces of broken glasses, so dangerous), also the people sometimes is not nice (they are flytes and it intimidates me), but… well I think that this beach should be more cared for everyone of us to change the image that the people has of this and make it nicer.
The  last time I went was almost one and half year ago, with my friend and classmate Luis, and the last time y swam there were in eve of the earthquake, was fun because the waves were big and we tried to survive.
